79 To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.
17 And it came to pass on a certain day, as he was teaching , that there were Pharisees and doctors of the law sitting by , which were come out of every town of Galilee, and Judaea, and Jerusalem: and the power of the Lord was present to heal them.
27 And after these things he went forth , and saw a publican, named Levi, sitting at the receipt of custom: and he said unto him, Follow me.
32 They are like unto children sitting in the marketplace, and calling one to another, and saying , We have piped unto you, and ye have not danced ; we have mourned to you, and ye have not wept .
35 Then they went out to see what was done ; and came to Jesus, and found the man, out of whom the devils were departed , sitting at the feet of Jesus, clothed , and in his right mind : and they were afraid .
13 Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon, which have been done in you, they had a great while ago repented , sitting in sackcloth and ashes.
35 And it came to pass , that as he was come nigh unto Jericho, a certain blind man sat by the way side begging :
42 And David himself saith in the book of Psalms, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,
35 For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.
55 And when they had kindled a fire in the midst of the hall, and were set down together , Peter sat down among them. 56 But a certain maid beheld him as he sat by the fire, and earnestly looked upon him, and said , This man was also with him.
69 Hereafter shall the Son of man sit on the right hand of the power of God.
