Luke 5:36-37; Luke 10:6; Luke 13:9; Luke 14:32
And he spake also a parable unto them ; No man putteth a piece of a new garment upon an old ; if otherwise, then both the new maketh a rent , and the piece that was taken out of the new agreeth not with the old.
And no man putteth new wine into old bottles; else the new wine will burst the bottles, and be spilled , and the bottles shall perish .
And if the son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon it: if not, it shall turn to you again .
And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down .
Or else, while the other is yet a great way off, he sendeth an ambassage, and desireth conditions of peace.
