And they went into Capernaum; and straightway on the sabbath day he entered into the synagogue, and taught .
And they were astonished at his doctrine: for he taught them as one that had authority, and not as the scribes.
And he went forth again by the sea side; and all the multitude resorted unto him, and he taught them.
And he began again to teach by the sea side: and there was gathered unto him a great multitude, so that he entered into a ship, and sat in the sea; and the whole multitude was by the sea on the land.
And he taught them many things by parables, and said unto them in his doctrine,
And when the sabbath day was come , he began to teach in the synagogue: and many hearing him were astonished , saying , From whence hath this man these things? and what wisdom is this which is given unto him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands?
And he marvelled because of their unbelief. And he went round about the villages, teaching .
And the apostles gathered themselves together unto Jesus, and told him all things, both what they had done , and what they had taught .
And Jesus, when he came out , saw much people, and was moved with compassion toward them, because they were as sheep not having a shepherd: and he began to teach them many things.
Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
And he began to teach them, that the Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders, and of the chief priests, and scribes, and be killed , and after three days rise again .
For he taught his disciples, and said unto them , The Son of man is delivered into the hands of men, and they shall kill him; and after that he is killed , he shall rise the third day.
And he arose from thence, and cometh into the coasts of Judaea by the farther side of Jordan: and the people resort unto him again; and, as he was wont , he taught them again.
And he taught , saying unto them, Is it not written , My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? but ye have made it a den of thieves.
And when they were come , they say unto him, Master, we know that thou art true, and carest for no man: for thou regardest not the person of men, but teachest the way of God in truth: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?
And Jesus answered and said , while he taught in the temple, How say the scribes that Christ is the Son of David?
I was daily with you in the temple teaching , and ye took me not: but the scriptures must be fulfilled .
