Judah Unfaithful

10 Have we not all one Fathera ?1 Did not one God create us?2 Why do we profane the covenant3 of our fathers by breaking faith4 with one another?

11 Judah has broken faith. A detestable5 thing has been committed in Israel and in Jerusalem: Judah has desecrated the sanctuary the LORD loves,6 by marrying7 the daughter of a foreign god.8

12 As for the man who does this, whoever he may be, may the LORD cut him off9 from the tents of Jacobb10--even though he brings offerings11 to the LORD Almighty.
