Matthew 7:25; Matthew 7:27; Matthew 8:26-27; Matthew 14:24; Matthew 14:30; Matthew 14:32; Matthew 24:31 (New International Version)

25 The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock. 27 The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash." 26 He replied, "You of little faith, why are you so afraid?" Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm. 27 The men were amazed and asked, "What kind of man is this? Even the winds and the waves obey him!" 24 but the boat was already a considerable distance from land, buffeted by the waves because the wind was against it. 30 But when he saw the wind, he was afraid and, beginning to sink, cried out, "Lord, save me!" 32 And when they climbed into the boat, the wind died down. 31 And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.
