8Loveneverfails ; but if there are gifts of c11prophecy, they will be doneaway ; if there are 12tongues, they will cease ; if there is knowledge, it will be doneaway.

For we 13know in part and we prophesy in part ;

but when the perfectcomes, the partial will be doneaway.
11When I was a child, I used to speaklike a child, thinklike a child, reasonlike a child ; when I dbecame a man, I didaway with childish things.

For now we 14see in a mirroredimly, but then15face to face ; now I know in part, but then I will knowfullyjust as I also16have been fullyknown.

But nowfaith, hope, love, abidethesethree ; but the fgreatest of these is 17love.
