1 John 3:22-24

22 and ¹whatever * we ask we receive from Him, because we ²keep His commandments and do ³the things that are pleasing in His sight.

23 This is His commandment, that we ⁴believe in ⁵the name of His Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, just as ⁶He commanded * us.

24 The one who ⁷keeps His commandments ⁸abides in Him, and He in him. ⁹We know by this that ¹⁰He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us.
