Yet I was 18shown mercy because 19I acted ignorantly in unbelief; 14 and the 20grace of our Lord was more than abundant, with the 21faith and love which are found in Christ Jesus. 15 22It is a trustworthy statement, deserving full acceptance, that 23Christ Jesus came into the world to 24save sinners, among whom 25I am foremost of all. 16 Yet for this reason I 26found mercy, so that in me as the foremost, Jesus Christ might 27demonstrate His perfect patience as an example for those gwho would believe in Him for eternal life. 17 Now to the 28King heternal, 29immortal, 30invisible, the 31only God, 32be honor and glory iforever and ever. Amen. 18 This 33command I entrust to you, Timothy, 34my json, in accordance with the 35prophecies previously made concerning you, that by them you 36fight the good fight, 19 keeping 37faith and a good conscience, which some have rejected and suffered shipwreck in regard to k38their faith.
