and He died for all, so that they who live might nolonger1live for themselves, but for Him who died and roseagain on their behalf.
16Therefore from now on we recognizenoonea2according to the flesh; eventhough we have knownChristbaccording to the flesh, yetnow we know Him in this way nolonger.
17Thereforeifanyone is 3in Christ, che is 4a newcreature; 5the oldthingspassedaway; behold, newthings have come.
18Now6all these things are from God, 7whoreconciled us to HimselfthroughChrist and gave us the 8ministry of reconciliation,
19namely, that 9God was in Christreconciling the world to Himself, 10not counting their trespasses against them, and dHe has ecommitted to us the word of reconciliation.
20Therefore, we are 11ambassadors for Christ, 12as thoughGod were making an appealthrough us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be 13reconciled to God.
He made Him who 14knewnosin to be 15sin on our behalf, so that we might become the 16righteousness of God in Him.
