He c8is beforeallthings, and in Him allthingsdholdtogether.
He is also9head of 10the body, the church ; and He is 11the beginning, 12the firstborn from the dead, so that He Himself will come to havefirstplace in everything.
For eit was 13the Father's goodpleasure for all14the ffullness to dwell in Him,
and through Him to 15reconcileallthings to Himself, having made16peacethrough17the blood of His cross ; through Him, I say, 18whether things on earthor things in gheaven.
