Isaiah 45:9-19

"Woe to the one who 1quarrels with his Maker - An earthenware vessel among the vessels of earth! Will the 2clay say to the potter, 'What are you doing?' Or the thing you are making say, 'He has no hands '?
"Woe to him who says to a father, 'What are you begetting?' Or to a woman, 'To what are you giving birth?' "
Thus says the 3LORD, the Holy One of Israel, and his 4Maker: "5Ask Me about the things to come concerning My 6sons, And you shall commit to Me 7the work of My hands.
"It is I who 8made the earth, and created man upon it. I 9stretched out the heavens with My hands And I ordained 10all their host.
"I have aroused him in 11righteousness And I will 12make all his ways smooth; He will 13build My city and will let My exiles go 14free, Without any payment or reward," says the LORD of hosts.
Thus says the LORD, "The products of 15Egypt and the merchandise of 16Cush And the Sabeans, men of stature, Will 17come over to you and will be yours; They will walk behind you, they will come over in 18chains And will 19bow down to you; They will make supplication to you: 'Surely, 20God is with you, and 21there is none else, No other God.' "
Truly, You are a God who 22hides Himself, O God of Israel, 23Savior!
They will be 24put to shame and even humiliated, all of them; The 25manufacturers of idols will go away together in humiliation.
Israel has been saved by the LORD With an 26everlasting salvation; You 27will not be put to shame or humiliated To all eternity.
For thus says the LORD, who 28created the heavens (He is the God who 29formed the earth and made it, He established it and did not create it a 30waste place, but formed it to be 31inhabited ), "I am the LORD, and 32there is none else.
"33I have not spoken in secret, In some dark land; I did not say to the 34offspring of Jacob, '35Seek Me in a waste place '; I, the LORD, 36speak righteousness, 37Declaring things that are upright.
