And He was saying to them, "1Do you not yetunderstand?"

And they came to 2Bethsaida. And they brought a blindman to Jesus and implored Him to 3touch him.

Taking the blindman by the hand, He 4brought him out of the village; and after 5spitting on his eyes and 6laying His hands on him, He asked him, "Do you seeanything?"

And he looked up and said, "I seemen, for I see them liketrees, walkingaround."

Thenagain He laid His hands on his eyes; and he lookedintently and was restored, and began to seeeverythingclearly.

And He sent him to his home, saying, "Do not evenenter7the village."
