and you will even be broughtbeforegovernors and kings for My sake, as a testimony to them and to the Gentiles.

"For 11it is not you who speak, but it is the Spirit of your Father who speaks in you.

"12Brother will betraybrother to death, and a father his child; and 13children will rise up againstparents and cause them to be put to death.

"14You will be hated by allbecause of My name, but 15it is the one who has endured to the end who will be saved.

"But whenever they 16persecute you in onecity, flee to the next; for truly I say to you, you will not finish going through the cities of Israel17until the Son of Mancomes.

24"18A disciple is not above his teacher, nor a slaveabove his master.
