"So they are nolongertwo, but oneflesh. WhatthereforeGod has joinedtogether, let nomanseparate."

They said to Him, "3Whythen did Mosescommand to GIVE HER A CERTIFICATE OF DIVORCE AND SEND her AWAY?"

He said to them, "Because of your hardness of heartMosespermitted you to divorce your wives; but from the beginning it has not beenthisway.

"And I say to you, 4whoever*divorces his wife, except for immorality, and marriesanotherwomancommitsadultery ."

The disciplessaid to Him, "If the relationship of the man with his wife is likethis, it is better not to marry."

But He said to them, "5Not allmen can acceptthisstatement, but 6only those to whom it has been given.

"For there are eunuchswho were born that way from their mother'swomb; and there are eunuchswho were madeeunuchs by men; and there are also eunuchswhomadethemselveseunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. He who is able to accept this, let him accept it."
Jesus Blesses Little Children
137Then some children were brought to Him so that He might lay His hands on them and pray; and the disciplesrebuked them.

But Jesussaid, "8Let the childrenalone, and do not hinder them from coming to Me; for 9the kingdom of heavenbelongs to such as these."

After laying His hands on them, He departed from there.
