"In the samemanner the one who had received the two talents gainedtwomore.

"But he who received the one talent wentaway, and dug a hole in the ground and hid his master'smoney.

"Nowafter a longtime the master of thoseslavescame and 7settledaccounts with them.

"The one who had received the five8talentscame up and broughtfivemoretalents, saying, 'Master, you entrustedfivetalents to me. See, I have gainedfivemoretalents.'

"His mastersaid to him, 'Welldone, good and 9faithfulslave. You were faithful with a fewthings, I will 10put you in charge of manythings; enter into the joy of your master.'
