Isaiah 23:13

13 Behold, the land of the Chaldeans -this is the people which was not; Assyria appointed it for desert creatures -they erected their siege towers, they stripped its palaces, they made it a ruin.

1 Behold, the LORD'S hand is not so short That it cannot save; Nor is His ear so dull That it cannot hear.

5 You meet him who rejoices in doing righteousness, Who remembers You in Your ways. Behold, You were angry, for we sinned, We continued in them a long time; And shall we be saved?
