33 ¹Teach me, O LORD, the way of Your statutes, And I shall observe it to the end. 34 ²Give me understanding, that I may ³observe Your law And keep it ⁴with all my heart. 35 Make me walk in the ⁵path of Your commandments, For I ⁶delight in it. 36 ⁷Incline my heart to Your testimonies And not to ⁸dishonest gain. 37 Turn away my ⁹eyes from looking at vanity, And ¹⁰revive me in Your ways. 38 ¹¹Establish Your ^aword to Your servant, ^bAs that which produces reverence for You. 39 ¹²Turn away my reproach which I dread, For Your ordinances are good. 40 Behold, I ¹³long for Your precepts ; Revive me through Your righteousness. Vav.
