11Evensoconsideryourselves to be 1dead to sin, but alive to God in ChristJesus.
12Therefore do not let sin2reign in your mortalbodyso that you obey its lusts,
and do not go on 3presentingathe members of your body to sin as binstruments of unrighteousness; but 4presentyourselves to God as those alive from the dead, and your members as cinstruments of righteousness to God.
For 5sin shall not 6be masterover you, for 7you are not underlaw but 8undergrace.
15Whatthen? 9Shall we sinbecause we are not underlaw but undergrace? 10May it never be!
Do you not 11know that when you presentyourselves to someone as 12slaves for obedience, you are slaves of the one whom you obey, either of 13sindresulting in death, or of obedienceeresulting in righteousness?
But 14thanks be to God that fthough you were slaves of sin, you becameobedient from the heart to that 15form of teaching to which you were committed,
and having been 16freed from sin, you becameslaves of righteousness.
