Jeremías 28:12

12 Poco tiempo después de la confrontación con Hananías, el Señor
le dio a Jeremías este mensaje:

Jeremiah 28:12

Then the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah [the prophet]
When in his own house or apartment, to which he retired; and this came to him either in a vision or dream, or by some articulate voice, or by an impulse upon his spirit, directing him what to say to the false prophet: after that Hananiah the prophet had broken the yoke from off the neck
of the Prophet Jeremiah:
how long afterwards is not known, perhaps the same day; or, however, it is certain it was in the same year, and less than two months after, ( Jeremiah 28:17 ) ; and very probably in a few hours after: saying;

10 Entonces el profeta Hananías quitó el yugo del cuello de Jeremías y lo hizo pedazos.

11 Y Hananías dijo nuevamente a la multitud que se había reunido: «Esto dice el Señor
: “Así como este yugo ha sido roto, dentro de dos años romperé el yugo de opresión de todas las naciones ahora sometidas al rey Nabucodonosor de Babilonia”». Después de eso, Jeremías se fue de la zona del templo.

12 Poco tiempo después de la confrontación con Hananías, el Señor
le dio a Jeremías este mensaje:

13 «Ve y dile a Hananías: “Esto dice el Señor
: ‘Tú has quebrado un yugo de madera, pero lo has reemplazado con un yugo de hierro.

14 El Señor
de los Ejércitos Celestiales, Dios de Israel, dice: he puesto un yugo de hierro en el cuello de todas estas naciones, y las he sometido a la esclavitud del rey Nabucodonosor de Babilonia. He puesto todo bajo su control, incluso los animales salvajes’”».
