20 Timothy, keep safe what has been entrusted to your care. Avoid the profane talk and foolish arguments of what some people wrongly call "Knowledge."
20 Timothy, guard what has been entrusted to your care. Turn away from godless chatter and the opposing ideas of what is falsely called knowledge,
21 For some have claimed to possess it, and as a result they have lost the way of faith. God's grace be with you all.
21 which some have professed and in so doing have departed from the faith. Grace be with you all.
