25 E tu, Esdra, secondo la sapienza di cui il tuo Dio ti ha dotato, stabilisci de’ magistrati e de’ giudici che amministrino la giustizia a tutto il popolo d’oltre il fiume, a tutti quelli che conoscono le leggi del tuo Dio; e fatele voi conoscere a chi non le conosce.

And you, Ezra, in accordance with the wisdom of your God, which you possess, appoint magistrates and judges to administer justice to all the people of Trans-Euphrates—all who know the laws of your God. And you are to teach any who do not know them.
