Psalm 36:1-6

WEB 1 <<For the Chief Musician. By David, the servant of Yahweh.>> An oracle is within my heart about the disobedience of the wicked: "There is no fear of God before his eyes." NIV 1 An oracle is within my heart concerning the sinfulness of the wicked: There is no fear of God before his eyes. WEB 2 For he flatters himself in his own eyes, Too much to detect and hate his sin. NIV 2 For in his own eyes he flatters himself too much to detect or hate his sin. WEB 3 The words of his mouth are iniquity and deceit. He has ceased to be wise and to do good. NIV 3 The words of his mouth are wicked and deceitful; he has ceased to be wise and to do good. WEB 4 He plots iniquity on his bed. He sets himself in a way that is not good; He doesn't abhor evil. NIV 4 Even on his bed he plots evil; he commits himself to a sinful course and does not reject what is wrong. WEB 5 Your lovingkindness, Yahweh, is in the heavens. Your faithfulness reaches to the skies. NIV 5 Your love, O LORD, reaches to the heavens, your faithfulness to the skies. WEB 6 Your righteousness is like the mountains of God. Your judgments are a great deep. Yahweh, you preserve man and animal. NIV 6 Your righteousness is like the mighty mountains, your justice like the great deep. O LORD, you preserve both man and beast.
