And it came to passinIconium, that theywentbothtogetherinto the synagogue of the Jews,andsospake, that a greatmultitudeboth of the Jews and also of the Greeksbelieved.

But the unbelievingJews stirred up the Gentiles,andmade their minds evil affectedagainst the brethren.

Longtimethereforeabodethey speaking boldlyin the Lord,which gave testimony unto the word of hisgrace,andgrantedsignsandwonders to be donebytheirhands.

But the multitude of the city was divided: andpartheldwith the Jews,and part with the apostles.

Andwhen there was an assaultmadeboth of the Gentiles, and also of the Jewswiththeirrulers, to use them despitefully, and to stonethem,

They were ware of it, and fleduntoLystraandDerbe,cities of Lycaonia,and unto the region that lieth round about:

And there sat a certainmanatLystra,impotent in his feet,being a cripplefromhismother'swomb,whonever had walked:

The sameheardPaulspeak: who stedfastly beholdinghim,andperceivingthat he hadfaith to be healed,

Said with a loudvoice,Standuprightonthyfeet.And he leapedandwalked.

And when the peoplesawwhatPaul had done, they lifted uptheirvoices,saying in the speech of Lycaonia, The gods are come downtous in the likeness of men.
