The LORD reigns,1 he is robed in majesty;2 the LORD is robed in majesty and is armed with strength.3 The world is firmly established;4 it cannot be moved.5

Your throne was established6 long ago; you are from all eternity.7

The seas8 have lifted up, O LORD, the seas have lifted up their voice;9 the seas have lifted up their pounding waves.10

Mightier than the thunder11 of the great waters, mightier than the breakers12 of the sea-- the LORD on high is mighty.13

Your statutes stand firm; holiness14 adorns your house15 for endless days, O LORD.
