Praise the LORD.a1 Sing to the LORD a new song,2 his praise in the assembly3 of the saints.

Let Israel rejoice4 in their Maker;5 let the people of Zion be glad in their King.6
3
Let them praise his name with dancing7 and make music to him with tambourine and harp.8
4
For the LORD takes delight9 in his people; he crowns the humble with salvation.10
5
Let the saints rejoice11 in this honor and sing for joy on their beds.12
6
May the praise of God be in their mouths13 and a double-edged14 sword in their hands,15
