My mouth will tell1 of your righteousness,2 of your salvation all day long, though I know not its measure.
I will come and proclaim your mighty acts,3 O Sovereign LORD; I will proclaim your righteousness, yours alone.
Since my youth, O God, you have taught4 me, and to this day I declare your marvelous deeds.518
Even when I am old and gray,6 do not forsake me, O God, till I declare your power7 to the next generation, your might to all who are to come.819
Your righteousness reaches to the skies,9 O God, you who have done great things.10 Who, O God, is like you?1120
Though you have made me see troubles,12 many and bitter, you will restore13 my life again; from the depths of the earth14 you will again bring me up.
You will increase my honor15 and comfort16 me once again.
I will praise you with the harp17 for your faithfulness, O my God; I will sing praise to you with the lyre,18 O Holy One of Israel.1923
My lips will shout for joy20 when I sing praise to you-- I, whom you have redeemed.2124
My tongue will tell of your righteous acts all day long,22 for those who wanted to harm me23 have been put to shame and confusion.24
