28 It is as I told Pharaoh, God has shown to Pharaoh what he is about to do.

Genesis 41:28

This [is] the thing which I have spoken unto Pharaoh
As an interpretation of his dreams: what God [is] about to do, he sheweth unto Pharaoh:
the events of fourteen years with respect to plenty and sterility.

26 The seven good cows are seven years, and the seven good ears are seven years; the dream is one.
