To the Gershomites according to their clans were allotted thirteen cities out of the tribes of Issachar, Asher, Naphtali and Manasseh in Bashan.

4To the Merarites according to their clans were allotted twelve cities out of the tribes of Reuben, Gad, and Zebulun.
