John 14:3-6

3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you ¹to myself, that ²where I am you may be also.

4 And you know the way to where I am going."^[a]

5 ³Thomas said to him, "Lord, ⁴we do not know where you are going. How can we know the way?"

6 Jesus said to him, "I am ⁵the way, and ⁶the truth, and ⁷the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
