1 The Mighty One, God, the LORD , has spoken, And summoned the earth from the rising of the sun to its setting.
2 Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God has shone forth.
3 May our God come and not keep silence; Fire devours before Him, And it is very tempestuous around Him.
4 He summons the heavens above , And the earth, to judge His people:
5 "Gather My godly ones to Me, Those who have made a covenant with Me by sacrifice."
6 And the heavens declare His righteousness, For God Himself is judge. Selah.
7 "Hear, O My people, and I will speak; O Israel, I will testify against you; I am God, your God.

13 "Shall I eat the flesh of bulls Or drink the blood of male goats?
14 "Offer to God a sacrifice of thanksgiving And pay your vows to the Most High;
15 Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I shall rescue you, and you will honor Me."

22 "Now consider this, you who forget God, Or I will tear you in pieces, and there will be none to deliver.
23 "He who offers a sacrifice of thanksgiving honors Me; And to him who orders his way aright I shall show the salvation of God."

Psalms 53

1 The fool has said in his heart, "There is no God," They are corrupt, and have committed abominable injustice; There is no one who does good.
2 God has looked down from heaven upon the sons of men To see if there is anyone who understands, Who seeks after God.
3 Every one of them has turned aside; together they have become corrupt; There is no one who does good, not even one.
4 Have the workers of wickedness no knowledge, Who eat up My people as though they ate bread And have not called upon God?

6 Oh , that the salvation of Israel would come out of Zion! When God restores His captive people, Let Jacob rejoice, let Israel be glad.

Psalms 60

1 O God, You have rejected us. You have broken us; You have been angry; O, restore us.
2 You have made the land quake, You have split it open; Heal its breaches, for it totters.
3 You have made Your people experience hardship; You have given us wine to drink that makes us stagger.
4 You have given a banner to those who fear You, That it may be displayed because of the truth. Selah.

11 O give us help against the adversary, For deliverance by man is in vain.
12 Through God we shall do valiantly, And it is He who will tread down our adversaries.

4 "I said to the boastful, 'Do not boast,' And to the wicked, 'Do not lift up the horn;
5 Do not lift up your horn on high, Do not speak with insolent pride.' "
6 For not from the east, nor from the west, Nor from the desert comes exaltation;
7 But God is the Judge; He puts down one and exalts another.
8 For a cup is in the hand of the LORD , and the wine foams; It is well mixed, and He pours out of this; Surely all the wicked of the earth must drain and drink down its dregs.
9 But as for me, I will declare it forever; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.
10 And all the horns of the wicked He will cut off, But the horns of the righteous will be lifted up.
