Song of Solomon 8:3

His left hand [should be] under my head, and his right hand
should embrace me.
] That is, when she should have the presence of Christ in her mother's house. Or the words are a petition that so it might be, "let his left hand" ^F7; or a declaration of what she did enjoy, "his left hand is under my head" ^F8, (See Gill on Song of Solomon 2:6).

1 ¡Oh quién te me diese como hermano que mamó los pechos de mi madre; de modo que te halle yo fuera, y te bese, y no me menosprecien!

2 ¡Que yo te llevase, que yo te metiese en casa de mi madre; que me enseñases, que te hiciese beber vino adobado del mosto de mis granadas!

3 Su izquierda esté debajo de mi cabeza, y su derecha me abrace.

4 Os conjuro, oh doncellas de Jerusalén, que no despertéis, ni hagáis velar al amor, hasta que él quiera.

5 ¿Quién es ésta que sube del desierto, recostada sobre su amado? Debajo de un manzano te desperté; allí tuvo tu madre dolores, allí tuvo dolores la que te dio a luz.
