Leviticus 13:59

This [is] the law of the plague of leprosy
The rules by which it was to be judged of; whether or no it was in a garment of woollen, or linen, either the warp or woof, or any
thing of skins;
which include everything in which this sort of leprosy was: to pronounce it clean, or to pronounce it unclean;
either to declare it free from the plague of the leprosy, or as infected with it, and so accordingly dispose of it.

Leviticus 13:59 In-Context

58 And the garment, either warp or woof or whatsoever thing of skin it is which thou shalt wash, if the plague is departed from them, then it shall be washed the second time and shall be clean."
59 This is the law of the plague of leprosy in a garment of wool or linen, either in the warp or woof, or any thing of skins, to pronounce it clean or to pronounce it unclean.
