57 los hijos de Sefatías, los hijos de Hatil, los hijos de Poqueret-hazebaim, los hijos de Ami

58 Todos los netineos, e hijos de los siervos de Salomón, trescientos noventa y dos

59 Y éstos fueron los que subieron de Tel-mela, Tel-harsa, Querub, Addán, e Imer, los cuales no pudieron mostrar la casa de sus padres, ni su linaje, si eran de Israel

60 Los hijos de Delaía, los hijos de Tobías, los hijos de Necoda, seiscientos cincuenta y dos

61 Y de los hijos de los sacerdotes: los hijos de Habaía, los hijos de Cos, los hijos de Barzilai, el cual tomó mujer de las hijas de Barzilai galaadita, y fue llamado del nombre de ellas

62 Estos buscaron su registro de genealogías, y no fue hallado; y fueron echados del sacerdocio por estar contaminados

63 Y el Tirsata les dijo que no comieran de las cosas santísimas, hasta que hubiera sacerdote con Urim y Tumim

64 Toda la congregación, unida como un varón, era de cuarenta y dos mil trescientos sesenta

65 sin sus siervos y siervas, los cuales eran siete mil trescientos treinta y siete; y tenían doscientos cantores y cantoras

66 Sus caballos eran setecientos treinta y seis; sus mulos, doscientos cuarenta y cinco

67 sus camellos, cuatrocientos treinta y cinco; asnos, seis mil setecientos veinte

INTRODUCTION TO EZRA 2

This chapter contains a list of those that went up from Babylon to Jerusalem, of their leaders, their chief men, princes and priests, Ezr 2:1,2 of the people, described by their families, towns, and cities, and number of persons, Ezr 2:3-35, of the priests, Levites, and Nethinims, Ezr 2:36-58, and of those that could not make out their genealogy, people and priests, Ezr 2:59-63, and then the sum total of the whole congregation is given, Ezr 2:64, besides men and maidservants, singing men and women, and cattle of divers sorts, Ezr 2:65-67, and the chapter is closed with an account of the freewill offerings of the principal men towards the building of the temple, and of the settlement of the people in their respective cities, Ezr 2:68-70.
