7 But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees come to his baptism, he said unto them, O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come?
20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.
11 And when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto his disciples, Why eateth your Master with publicans and sinners?
14 Then came to him the disciples of John, saying, Why do we and the Pharisees fast oft, but thy disciples fast not?
34 But the Pharisees said, He casteth out devils through the prince of the devils.
2 But when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto him, Behold, thy disciples do that which is not lawful to do upon the sabbath day.
14 Then the Pharisees went out, and held a council against him, how they might destroy him.
24 But when the Pharisees heard it, they said, This fellow doth not cast out devils, but by Beelzebub the prince of the devils.
38 Then certain of the scribes and of the Pharisees answered, saying, Master, we would see a sign from thee.
1 Then came to Jesus scribes and Pharisees, which were of Jerusalem, saying,
12 Then came his disciples, and said unto him, Knowest thou that the Pharisees were offended, after they heard this saying?
1 The Pharisees also with the Sadducees came, and tempting desired him that he would shew them a sign from heaven.
6 Then Jesus said unto them,Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.
11 How is it that ye do not understand that I spake it not to you concerning bread, that ye should beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees? 12 Then understood they how that he bade them not beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.
3 The Pharisees also came unto him, tempting him, and saying unto him, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife for every cause?
45 And when the chief priests and Pharisees had heard his parables, they perceived that he spake of them.
15 Then went the Pharisees, and took counsel how they might entangle him in his talk.
34 But when the Pharisees had heard that he had put the Sadducees to silence, they were gathered together.
41 While the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them,
2 Saying,The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses' seat:
13 But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in. 14 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye devour widows' houses, and for a pretence make long prayer: therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation.#rl 15 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.
23 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.
25 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess. 26 Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also. 27 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness.
29 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the righteous,
62 Now the next day, that followed the day of the preparation, the chief priests and Pharisees came together unto Pilate,
