and Jason3has welcomed them, and they allact4contrary to the decrees of Caesar, saying that there is anotherking, Jesus."

They stirred up the crowd and the cityauthorities who heardthesethings.

Thenimmediately16the brethrensentPaul out to go as far as the sea; and 17Silas and 18Timothyremainedthere.

Now19those who escortedPaulbrought him as far as 20Athens; and receiving a command for 21Silas and Timothy to 22come to him as soon as possible, they left.
