10with a view to an administration suitable to the fullness of the times, that is, the summing up of all things in Christ, things in the heavens and things on the earth. In Him11also we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to His purpose who works all things after the counsel of His will,
21far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come.22And He put all things in subjection under His feet, and gave Him as head over all things to the church,23which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.
8To me, the very least of all saints, this grace was given, to preach to the Gentiles the unfathomable riches of Christ,9and to bring to light what is the administration of the mystery which for ages has been hidden in God who created all things;
18may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth,19and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God.20Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us,21to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen.
13until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ.14As a result, we are no longer to be children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in deceitful scheming;15but speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Christ,16from whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by what every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love.
