14 But John tried to prevent Him, saying, "I have need to be baptized by You, and do You come to me?"
24 The news about Him spread throughout all Syria; and they brought to Him all who were ill , those suffering with various diseases and pains, demoniacs, epileptics, paralytics; and He healed them.

20 Jesus said to him, "The foxes have holes and the birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay His head."
6 "But so that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins "-then He said to the paralytic, "Get up, pick up your bed and go home."
36 Seeing the people, He felt compassion for them, because they were distressed and dispirited like sheep without a shepherd.
15 "He who has ears to hear, let him hear.
18 "For John came neither eating nor drinking, and they say, 'He has a demon!'
11 And He said to them, "What man is there among you who has a sheep, and if it falls into a pit on the Sabbath, will he not take hold of it and lift it out?
5 "Others fell on the rocky places, where they did not have much soil; and immediately they sprang up, because they had no depth of soil. 6 "But when the sun had risen, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away.

27 "The slaves of the landowner came and said to him, 'Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? How then does it have tares?'
43 "Then THE RIGHTEOUS WILL SHINE FORTH AS THE SUN in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears, let him hear. 44 "The kingdom of heaven is like a treasure hidden in the field, which a man found and hid again; and from joy over it he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field.
46 and upon finding one pearl of great value, he went and sold all that he had and bought it.
4 For John had been saying to him, "It is not lawful for you to have her." 5 Although Herod wanted to put him to death, he feared the crowd, because they regarded John as a prophet.

30 And large crowds came to Him, bringing with them those who were lame, crippled, blind, mute, and many others, and they laid them down at His feet; and He healed them.
32 And Jesus called His disciples to Him, and said, "I feel compassion for the people, because they have remained with Me now three days and have nothing to eat; and I do not want to send them away hungry, for they might faint on the way."
34 And Jesus said to them, "How many loaves do you have?" And they said, "Seven, and a few small fish."
8 But Jesus, aware of this, said, "You men of little faith, why do you discuss among yourselves that you have no bread?
15 "Lord , have mercy on my son, for he is a lunatic and is very ill ; for he often falls into the fire and often into the water.
20 And He said to them, "Because of the littleness of your faith; for truly I say to you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible to you.
8 "If your hand or your foot causes you to stumble, cut it off and throw it from you; it is better for you to enter life crippled or lame, than to have two hands or two feet and be cast into the eternal fire. 9 "If your eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out and throw it from you.
