12 E le vacche si dirizzarono alla via che trae verso Bet-semes, seguitando una medesima strada, e andavano mugghiando; e non si rivolsero nè a destra nè a sinistra; e i principi de’ Filistei andarono loro dietro fino a’ confini di Bet-semes.

Then the cows went straight up toward Beth Shemesh, keeping on the road and lowing all the way; they did not turn to the right or to the left. The rulers of the Philistines followed them as far as the border of Beth Shemesh.
