5 Maar Hij is om onze overtredingen verwond, om onze ongerechtigheden is Hij verbrijzeld; de straf, die ons den vrede aanbrengt, was op Hem, en door Zijn striemen is ons genezing geworden.
5 But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.
