12 Go and proclaim these words toward the north <em>wind</em> and say, Return, thou rebellious Israel, said the LORD <em>and</em> I will not cause my anger to fall upon you; for I <em>am</em> merciful, said the LORD, <em>and</em> I will not keep <em>anger</em> for ever.
