1 La segunda suerte salió por Simeón, por la tribu de los hijos de Simeón conforme a sus familias; y su heredad fue entre la heredad de los hijos de Judá

1 The second lot came out for the tribe of Simeon according to its clans. Their inheritance lay within the territory of Judah.

2 Y tuvieron en su heredad a Beerseba o Seba, Molada

2 It included: Beersheba (or Sheba), Moladah,

3 Hazar-sual, Bala, Ezem

3 Hazar Shual, Balah, Ezem,

4 Eltolad, Betul, Horma

4 Eltolad, Bethul, Hormah,

5 Siclag, Bet-marcabot, Hazar-susa

5 Ziklag, Beth Markaboth, Hazar Susah,

6 Bet-lebaot, y Saruhén; trece ciudades con sus aldeas

6 Beth Lebaoth and Sharuhen—thirteen towns and their villages;

7 Aín, Rimón, Eter, y Asán; cuatro ciudades con sus aldeas

7 Ain, Rimmon, Ether and Ashan—four towns and their villages—

8 con todas las aldeas que estaban alrededor de estas ciudades hasta Baalat-beer, que es Ramat del mediodía. Esta es la heredad de la tribu de los hijos de Simeón, según sus familias

8 and all the villages around these towns as far as Baalath Beer (Ramah in the Negev). This was the inheritance of the tribe of the Simeonites, according to its clans.

9 De la suerte de los hijos de Judá fue sacada la heredad de los hijos de Simeón; por cuanto la parte de los hijos de Judá era mayor que ellos; así que los hijos de Simeón tuvieron su heredad en medio de la de ellos

9 The inheritance of the Simeonites was taken from the share of Judah, because Judah’s portion was more than they needed. So the Simeonites received their inheritance within the territory of Judah.

10 La tercera suerte salió por los hijos de Zabulón conforme a sus familias; y el término de su heredad fue hasta Sarid

10 The third lot came up for Zebulun according to its clans: The boundary of their inheritance went as far as Sarid.

11 Y su término sube hasta el mar y hasta Marala, y llega hasta Dabeset, y de allí llega al arroyo que está delante de Jocneam

11 Going west it ran to Maralah, touched Dabbesheth, and extended to the ravine near Jokneam.

12 Y tornando de Sarid hacia oriente, donde nace el sol al término de Quislot-tabor, sale a Daberat, y sube a Jafía

12 It turned east from Sarid toward the sunrise to the territory of Kisloth Tabor and went on to Daberath and up to Japhia.

13 y pasando de allí hacia oriente donde nace el sol en Gat-hefer y a Ita-cazín, sale a Rimón rodeando a Nea

13 Then it continued eastward to Gath Hepher and Eth Kazin; it came out at Rimmon and turned toward Neah.

14 y de aquí torna este término al norte a Hanatón, viniendo a salir al valle de Jefte-el

14 There the boundary went around on the north to Hannathon and ended at the Valley of Iphtah El.

15 y abraza Catat, Naalal, Simrón, Idala, y Belén; doce ciudades con sus aldeas

15 Included were Kattath, Nahalal, Shimron, Idalah and Bethlehem. There were twelve towns and their villages.

16 Esta es la heredad de los hijos de Zabulón por sus familias; estas ciudades con sus aldeas

16 These towns and their villages were the inheritance of Zebulun, according to its clans.

17 La cuarta suerte salió por Isacar, por los hijos de Isacar conforme a sus familias

17 The fourth lot came out for Issachar according to its clans.

18 Y fue su término Jezreel, Quesulot, Sunem

18 Their territory included: Jezreel, Kesulloth, Shunem,

19 Hafaraim, Sihón, Anaharat

19 Hapharaim, Shion, Anaharath,

20 Rabit, Quisión, Abez

20 Rabbith, Kishion, Ebez,

21 Remet, En-ganim, En-hada Bet-pases

21 Remeth, En Gannim, En Haddah and Beth Pazzez.

22 y llega este término hasta Tabor, Sahazima, y Bet-semes; y sale su término al Jordán; dieciséis ciudades con sus aldeas

22 The boundary touched Tabor, Shahazumah and Beth Shemesh, and ended at the Jordan. There were sixteen towns and their villages.

23 Esta es la heredad de la tribu de los hijos de Isacar conforme a sus familias; estas ciudades con sus aldeas

23 These towns and their villages were the inheritance of the tribe of Issachar, according to its clans.

24 Y salió la quinta suerte por la tribu de los hijos de Aser por sus familias

24 The fifth lot came out for the tribe of Asher according to its clans.

25 Y su término fue Helcat, Halí, Betén, Acsaf

25 Their territory included: Helkath, Hali, Beten, Akshaph,

26 Alamelec, Amad, Miseal; y llega hasta el Carmelo al occidente, y a Sihorlibnat

26 Allammelek, Amad and Mishal. On the west the boundary touched Carmel and Shihor Libnath.

27 y tornando de donde nace el sol a Bet-dagón, llega a Zabulón, y al valle de Jefte-el al norte, a Bet-emec, a Neiel, y sale a Cabul a la mano izquierda

27 It then turned east toward Beth Dagon, touched Zebulun and the Valley of Iphtah El, and went north to Beth Emek and Neiel, passing Kabul on the left.

28 y abraza a Abran (Hebrón), Rehob, Hamón, y Caná, hasta la gran Sidón

28 It went to Abdon, Rehob, Hammon and Kanah, as far as Greater Sidon.

29 y torna de allí este término a Horma (Ramá), y hasta la fuerte ciudad de Zor (Tiro), y torna este término a Hosa, y sale al mar desde la fuerte de Aczib

29 The boundary then turned back toward Ramah and went to the fortified city of Tyre, turned toward Hosah and came out at the Mediterranean Sea in the region of Akzib,

30 abraza también Uma, Afec, y Rehob: veintidós ciudades con sus aldeas

30 Ummah, Aphek and Rehob. There were twenty-two towns and their villages.

31 Esta es la heredad de la tribu de los hijos de Aser por sus familias; estas ciudades con sus aldeas

31 These towns and their villages were the inheritance of the tribe of Asher, according to its clans.

32 La sexta suerte salió por los hijos de Neftalí, por los hijos de Neftalí conforme a sus familias

32 The sixth lot came out for Naphtali according to its clans:

33 Y fue su término desde Helef, Alón-saananim, Adami-neceb, y Jabneel, hasta Lacum; y sale al Jordán

33 Their boundary went from Heleph and the large tree in Zaanannim, passing Adami Nekeb and Jabneel to Lakkum and ending at the Jordan.

34 y tornando de allí este término hacia el occidente a Aznot-tabor, pasa de allí a Hucoc, y llega hasta Zabulón al mediodía, y al occidente confina con Aser, y con Judá al Jordán hacia donde nace el sol

34 The boundary ran west through Aznoth Tabor and came out at Hukkok. It touched Zebulun on the south, Asher on the west and the Jordan on the east.

35 Y las ciudades fuertes son Sidim, Zer, Hamat, Racat, Cineret

35 The fortified towns were Ziddim, Zer, Hammath, Rakkath, Kinnereth,

36 Adama, Ramá, Hazor

36 Adamah, Ramah, Hazor,

37 Cedes, Edrei, En-hazor

37 Kedesh, Edrei, En Hazor,

38 Irón, Migdal-el, Horem, Bet-anat, y Bet-semes; diecinueve ciudades con sus aldeas

38 Iron, Migdal El, Horem, Beth Anath and Beth Shemesh. There were nineteen towns and their villages.

40 The seventh lot came out for the tribe of Dan according to its clans.

41 Y fue el término de su heredad, Zora, Estaol, Ir-semes

41 The territory of their inheritance included: Zorah, Eshtaol, Ir Shemesh,

42 Saalabín, Ajalón, Jetla

42 Shaalabbin, Aijalon, Ithlah,

43 Elón, Timnat, Ecrón

43 Elon, Timnah, Ekron,

44 Elteque, Gibetón, Baalat

44 Eltekeh, Gibbethon, Baalath,

45 Jehúd, Bene-berac, Gat-rimón

45 Jehud, Bene Berak, Gath Rimmon,

47 (When the territory of the Danites was lost to them, they went up and attacked Leshem, took it, put it to the sword and occupied it. They settled in Leshem and named it Dan after their ancestor.)

49 Y así acabaron de repartir la tierra en heredad por sus términos, y dieron los hijos de Israel heredad a Josué hijo de Nun en medio de ellos

49 When they had finished dividing the land into its allotted portions, the Israelites gave Joshua son of Nun an inheritance among them,

50 Según la palabra del SEÑOR, le dieron la ciudad que él pidió, que fue Timnat-sera, en el monte de Efraín; y él reedificó la ciudad, y habitó en ella

50 as the LORD had commanded. They gave him the town he asked for—Timnath Serah in the hill country of Ephraim. And he built up the town and settled there.

51 Estas son las heredades que Eleazar sacerdote, y Josué hijo de Nun, y los principales de los padres, entregaron por suerte en posesión a las tribus de los hijos de Israel en Silo delante del SEÑOR, a la entrada del tabernáculo del testimonio; y así acabaron de repartir la tierra

51 These are the territories that Eleazar the priest, Joshua son of Nun and the heads of the tribal clans of Israel assigned by lot at Shiloh in the presence of the LORD at the entrance to the tent of meeting. And so they finished dividing the land.
