17 <em>Pe</em> Zion spread forth her hands and has no comforter; the LORD gave a commandment against Jacob that his enemies <em>should</em> besiege him; Jerusalem was an abomination in the midst of them.
17 Zion stretches out her hands, but there is no one to comfort her. The LORD has decreed for Jacob that his neighbors become his foes; Jerusalem has become an unclean thing among them.
