36 which <em>portions</em> the LORD commanded to be given to them from the day that he anointed them from among the sons of Israel <em>by</em> a perpetual statute throughout their generations.
36 On the day they were anointed, the LORD commanded that the Israelites give this to them as their perpetual share for the generations to come.
