Then said heunto the dresser of his vineyard,Behold , these threeyears I comeseekingfruitonthis fig tree,andfindnone:cutitdown ; why*cumberethit the ground?

And he answeringsaid unto him,Lord,letitalonethisyearalso,tillI shall digaboutit,anddung* it:

And ifitbearfruit, well: and if not, then after that* thou shalt cutitdown .
