17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: 7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. 15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace; 10 To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God, 16 That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; 17 That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, 19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God. 10 He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.) 14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro , and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness , whereby they lie in wait to deceive; 28 Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour , working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth . 29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers . 26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, 27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. 33 Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband. 3 That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth. 13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand . 19 And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly , to make known the mystery of the gospel, 20 For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly , as I ought to speak . 21 But that ye also may know my affairs, and how I do , Tychicus, a beloved brother and faithful minister in the Lord, shall make known to you all things: 22 Whom I have sent unto you for the same purpose, that ye might know our affairs, and that he might comfort your hearts.
