9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man. 14 Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. 20 Whither the forerunner is for us entered , even Jesus, made an high priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec. 22 By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament. 10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. 2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. 24 And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel. 8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever. 12 Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate. 20 Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, 21 Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
