No longer will the fool1 be called noble nor the scoundrel be highly respected.

For fools speak folly,2 their hearts are bent on evil:3 They practice ungodliness4 and spread error5 concerning the LORD; the hungry they leave empty6 and from the thirsty they withhold water.

Scoundrels use wicked methods,7 they make up evil schemes8 to destroy the poor with lies, even when the plea of the needy9 is just.108
But the noble make noble plans, and by noble deeds11 they stand.12
