21 She crieth in the chief place of concourse , in the openings of the gates: in the city she uttereth her words, saying, 24 Because I have called , and ye refused ; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded ; 28 Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer ; they shall seek me early , but they shall not find me: 3 Yea, if thou criest after knowledge, and liftest up thy voice for understanding; 4 Say unto wisdom, Thou art my sister; and call understanding thy kinswoman: 1 Doth not wisdom cry ? and understanding put forth her voice? 4 Unto you, O men, I call ; and my voice is to the sons of man. 3 She hath sent forth her maidens: she crieth upon the highest places of the city, 15 To call passengers who go right on their ways: 18 But he knoweth not that the dead are there; and that her guests are in the depths of hell. 23 A prudent man concealeth knowledge: but the heart of fools proclaimeth foolishness. 21 The wise in heart shall be called prudent : and the sweetness of the lips increaseth learning. 6 A fool's lips enter into contention, and his mouth calleth for strokes. 6 Most men will proclaim every one his own goodness: but a faithful man who can find ? 13 Whoso stoppeth his ears at the cry of the poor, he also shall cry himself, but shall not be heard . 8 He that deviseth to do evil shall be called a mischievous person. 16 Whosoever hideth her hideth the wind, and the ointment of his right hand, which bewrayeth itself.
