5 By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name: 8 First , I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is spoken of throughout the whole world. 12 That is , that I may be comforted together with you by the mutual faith both of you and me. 17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written , The just shall live by faith. 3 For what if some did not believe ? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect ? 22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe : for there is no difference: 25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past , through the forbearance of God; 26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. 28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law. 30 Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith. 31 Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid : yea, we establish the law. 5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. 9 Cometh this blessedness then upon the circumcision only, or upon the uncircumcision also? for we say that faith was reckoned to Abraham for righteousness. 11 And he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had yet being uncircumcised: that he might be the father of all them that believe , though they be not circumcised; that righteousness might be imputed unto them also: 12 And the father of circumcision to them who are not of the circumcision only, but who also walk in the steps of that faith of our father Abraham, which he had being yet uncircumcised. 14 For if they which are of the law be heirs, faith is made void , and the promise made of none effect : 16 Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all, 19 And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead , when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sara's womb: 20 He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; 1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: 2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand , and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. 32 Wherefore? Because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law. For they stumbled at that stumblingstone ; 6 But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is , to bring Christ down from above:) 8 But what saith it ? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is , the word of faith, which we preach ; 17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. 20 Well; because of unbelief they were broken off , and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded , but fear : 1 Him that is weak in the faith receive ye , but not to doubtful disputations. 22 Hast thou faith? have it to thyself before God. Happy is he that condemneth not himself in that thing which he alloweth . 23 And he that doubteth is damned if he eat , because he eateth not of faith: for whatsoever is not of faith is sin.
