Into Damascus (ei Damaskon). In 1 Corinthians 9:6 simply "into the city" (ei thn polin). Of all things which (peri pantwn wn). Hwn, relative plural attracted to genitive of antecedent from accusative a, object of poihsai (do). Are appointed for thee (tetaktai soi). Perfect passive indicative of tassw, to appoint, to order, with dative soi. Compare with oti se dei of 1 Corinthians 9:6 . The words were spoken to Paul, of course, in the Aramaic, Saoul, Saoul.
